Branding, Design and Style Guide Development

Consistent, attractive and appropriate branding is a key aspect of presenting nearly every business. We are often asked to create web sites and CD-ROMs for organisation with little or no brand.

We often approach this issue by delivering two pieces of work. Firstly, a Style Guide which is a word or HTML document that describes the design and brand in terms of layout, colours, fonts, logo etc and once approved, use this to generate the solution required. This allows customers to apply the same brand for any other marketing materials by making their style guide available to graphic design shops for printed materials etc. The value of having a Style Guide should be obvious but it is also a very useful and tangible result of this first process.

Creating a brand for your organisation is a consultative process, we need to understand your organisation; its target markets, its competition and its aims. Our ISO processes that define the methods that we use to accomplish this help the process to run smoothly and accurately. We often create 3 suggested layouts/logos/colour schemes for you to feedback on and often merge the many good ideas to create a final, approved look and feel for your organisation.
