RAC - RAC Route Minder
In conjunction with a leading supplier of road traffic information, we at Spira produced a service that allowed RAC members to subscribe to a traffic flow information service that warned them of traffic delays on their preferred routes at regular travelling times during the week via email or SMS.
The system was closely integrated with both the traffic service and RAC's online system to provide a seamless service to all UK subscribers. The design activity was an essential ingredient since RAC's brand is very strong and our design and implementation work ensured that it met the style guide perfectly.
