"BSI We are pleased to announce that for the sixth year running we have passed our full ISO 9001 audit and are fully accredited by the British Standards Institute (BSI).

The visiting BSI representative had this to say:

?There were no outstanding issues/nonconformities to review from the previous assessments.. No new issues or nonconformities were identified in the assessment?

?Audits of the Design and Multimedia activities were seen to evidence control, with no weakness identified.?

?A high level of satisfaction was noted from Spira?s customers and the company is praised on this achievement! No discernable weaknesses have been identified.?
