We recently completed another significant online solution for a long-standing client that delivers clear differentiation in its sector.

The solution delivers product information, personalisation and revenue generation for our customer in the electrical industry and when launched later this quarter, will provide intuitive and rapid access to around 800,000 products for a large target audience.

Sometimes, throwing more hardware at a technical problem isn't the answer, the achievement of delivering an intuitive interface, usability, accessibility, performance and value is all about considering the problem fully. In other words adding brains and insight.

So, Spira utilised its 4D Consultation Methodology and worked closely to review the sector in detail, provided an 80-page statement of work with oodles of ideas and recommendations, collaborated with all key stakeholders and delivered the solution to budget and time-frame targets. It's now in beta and being used to sell the concept to the top players in the manufacturing market.

When launched, we'll also be involved in driving traffic to achieve the goals set out in the statement of work. We're looking forward to that and to the success of the new site, which we'll announce later this quarter.
