20-11-2006 · AI Generic Form Module Improvements
As part of our continued improvement of AI and our service to you, we have recently implemented some new functionality to the generic form system.
Previously the form worked whereby if you wanted to capture data of users completing the form and subscribing you would create a form using the dropdown CRM: type options. This functionality still works so you DO NOT need to go back over updating old forms. However, we have made the generic form more advanced and it now offers the ability to capture anything and update any of the CRM fields.
We have sent out further instructions and information to all the users who have the generic form and CRM module as part of there AI. These will give you all the information you should need when implementing additional generic forms on your website.
