Morse PLC - Corporate Web Site
The reasonably sized project had a high degree of complexity with both Morse and Spira working to strict timelines and budget. The whole team delivered to the letter on both aspects. The new Morse site now encompasses the presentation of a number of subsidiary businesses, notably CSTIM, Diagonal Consulting and Diagonal Solutions (in addition to the other parts of the Morse Group worldwide).
The site represents a full re-brand of the Morse organisation and a fully content managed solution whose implementation is based solely on Spira's AI CMS. Major CI input was also provided by Marketplace Creative. All usability, data structures, information relationship and wire frame designs were undertaken by Spira as part of a consultation phase.
The project kicked off in September 2006 when the delivery date was fixed in stone. Spira delivered the entire system to the very day predicted and worked very closely with Morse marketing teams across the Group to deliver the most effective solution possible; there are many plans to extend and support further features and language variations in the near future.
Spira was also responsible for delivering the last group site and other associated companies (CSTIM, Diagonal Consulting and Diagonal Solutions)
