Major Credit Card Company - Workshop Booking System
Working alongside the brand managers of this Major Credit Card Company, Spira was required to develop a lightweight booking system that would schedule international (UK, United Arab Emirates, Germany, India, South Africa and USA) brand workshops for the entire organisation.
The system was developed using a .NET 3.5 and AJAX framework and provided an interactive calendar of workshops based on the employee’s location. Once the user is registered they are able to select a workshop date and time, which in turn generated a confirmation email to both the recipient and the workshop manager. As each booking is completed the calendar restricts the number of available places to the remaining attendees.
