Job Description
Due to continued growth and success this is an excellent opportunity for a recently degree or HND qualified sales and marketing executive to become part of an established dynamic agency based in Milton Keynes, Bucks.
You will be responsible for generating new business leads and fostering and supporting existing clients. This is a significant role where you will work closely alongside and under the guidance of the business development manager to perform targeted telemarketing, e-marketing and online promotion. Over time, the role will grow to encompass further responsibility and management activities, meeting directly with clients to discuss their requirements, liaising with in-house designers and developers, writing quotations and assisting with product specifications.
We are looking for a pro-active, energetic and friendly yet tenacious individual, who is willing to work hard and flourish in a fast-paced environment, liaising with clients, handling sales objections and making new opportunities happen!
You should be fully conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; any previous experience of ACT! Or other CRM Systems is a definite advantage.
The Role:
- Generating New business leads form targeted telemarketing campaigns
- Building and implementing marketing strategies and generating sales reports
- Maintaining and building our contact database
- Creating and executing Email marketing campaigns
- Contributing to the content of our main web site and micro sites
- Managing Cost per Click (CPC) campaigns for both clients and the company
- Performing SEO and SEM tasks for our client base
- Ongoing promotion and marketing of the company
Essential Skills:
- Good understanding of web technologies and opportunities offered by online marketing
- Confident telephone manner and client facing skills
- Excellent personal organisation and written and verbal communication skills
- Outgoing and friendly personality and ability to work effectively as a team player

Desirable Skills:
- Any understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimisation will be viewed as a definite plus.
