Business Excellence International - Value Mapping Solution
Business Excellence International approached Spira with a view to partnering in the production of a bespoke easy-to-use and visually engaging strategic planning tool (and performance management solution) based upon their own "ValueMapping" methodology for integrating performance measurement and continuous improvement activities of an organisation as part of the process of value creation.
The online product has been supported by the DTI Best Practice Unit and is now being used by several organisations (including Strathclyde Police, Welsh Meat and Sport England) in a variety of applications - highlighting the flexibility of the solution.
